Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle
You’re in for a surprise: even for XCOM vets some of its battles are challenging puzzles. Some of its tougher levels do devolve into a trial-and-error slog, but a good mix of enemies, objectives, and character abilities keep things interesting.
My eyeball snagged this one while checking out Steam’s “Tell Me A Story” sale. Come and score you the remastered entries of one of gaming’s most beloved and well written RPG series.
This is pretty cool. Score one helluva powerful console, plus one of the most addictive (local co-op enabled) games, and an extra controller for a pal to help you. Get in quick as this ends on October 8th.
Iki Island doesn’t do much beyond just offering more Ghost of Tsushima, but the new content is extremely worthwhile, thanks to a story that dives deeper into Jin’s past, a few new combat wrinkles, and plenty of secrets to discover.
