Below are all the Pillar of Honor locations in Act 1 – Rescue Lord Shimura which is the Izuhara portion of the map. There are a total of 7 sword kits found through Pillars of Honor.

How to Get to Kuta Grasslands Pillar of Honor: East of Kuta Grasslands there’s a peak where the road ends, just before hitting the SIbling Rocks if you’re looking at the map. You can get there either climbing from the coast or by following the main road from the west.
There’s a pillar of honor waiting for you with the Warrior’s Brush.
Hidden Springs Forest Pillar of Honor ✓

How to Get to Hidden Springs Forest Pillar of Honor: At the southern edge of the Hidden Springs Forest just on a cliff, you’ll begin noticing warriors that fell in battle.
Once you spot the one who is sitting at the side of a white flag, keep heading towards and grab the Yasha’s Embers sword kit from the Pillar of Honor.

How to Get to Kaneda Inlet Pillar of Honor: This sword kit can be found north of Kaneda Inlet, just at the shore.
You’ll see the Pillar of Honor as you approach it, and there’s nothing additional to do, just go ahead and grab it.
First General’s Field Pillar of Honor ✓
First General’s Field Pillar of Honor Location: First General’s Field
How to Get to First General’s Field Pillar of Honor Pillar of Honor: There’s a Pillar of Honor on an open flower field, located north of the First General’s Field.
Just approach it and pick up the Genbu’s Darkness sword kit.
Sakimori Overlook Pillar of Honor ✓
Sakimori Overlook Pillar of Honor Location: Sakimori Overlook
How to Get to Sakimori Overlook Pillar of Honor: You’ll find a Pillar of Honor in Sakimori Overlook, just on top of a hill. If you have previously honored the Inari Shrine, just use the climb holdings on the side to get above where the pillar is.
Once on top, grab the Mamushi Venom sword kit.
Shigenori’s Peak Pillar of Honor ✓
Shigenori’s Peak Pillar of Honor Location: Shigenori’s Peak
How to Get to Shigenori’s Peak Pillar of Honor: There’s a Pillar of Honor covered in leaves northwest from Shigenori’s Peak on the open field.
It will grant you the Spring Bamboo sword kit.
Wakou’s Island Pillar of Honor ✓
Wakou’s Island Pillar of Honor Location: Wakou’s Island
How to Get to Wakou’s Island Pillar of Honor: You’ll find the Twilight Oni sword kit in Wakou’s Island, which is close to Azamo Bay.
There’s no other way to get there but to swim, so roll those sleeves and you’ll be grabbing the sword kit in no time.

Old Togo Rice Fields Pillar of Honor Location: Old Togo Rice Fields, Akashima Prefecture
How to Get to Old Togo Rice Fields Pillar of Honor: In the Akashima prefecture of the Toyotama region, head along the beach on the east side of the Old Togo Rice Fields.
On the opposite side of a large rock peak to find the pillar along the shore, holding the Dueling Festival Sword Kit.
Old Kanazawa Marsh Pillar of Honor ✓
Old Kanazawa Marsh Pillar of Honor Location: Old Kanawawa Marsh, Akashima Prefecture
How to Get to Old Kanazawa Marsh Pillar of Honor: At the border of the Akashima and Umugi prefectures in the Toyotama Region, look in the southwestern corner of the Old Kanazawa Marsh by a large river.
Southwest of the Dark Water Encampment, look for an old watchtower and move past it to find the pillar near a Fox Den with the Breath of Hachimen Sword Kit.
Hakutaku Forest Pillar of Honor ✓
Hakutaku Forest Pillar of Honor Location: Hakutaku Forest, Akashima Prefecture
How to Get to Hakutaku Forest Pillar of Honor: In the Akashima prefecture om the Toyotama region, head east of Akashima Village through the Hakutaku Forest along the south road.
Once you reach the coast, follow the road along a peninsula, past a hot spring to the very eastern tip of land to find the pillar with the Moon Bear’s Paw Sword Kit.
Old Clan’s Hill Pillar of Honor ✓
Old Clan’s Hill Pillar of Honor Location: Between Old Clan’s Hill and Numanaka Inn, Umugi Prefecture
How to Get to Old Clan’s Hill Pillar of Honor: On the northern border of the Umugi and Otsuna prefectures in the Toyotama reion, you can find this pillar just to the southeast of the Lonely Forest Clearing.
Head north of the Numanaka Inn to a road going west of Kazumasa’s Isle to find the Pillar of Honor holding the Hijiki in Sunlight Sword Kit.
Umugi Cove Pillar of Honor ✓
Umugi Cove Pillar of Honor Location: South of Umugi Cove and Lady Sanjo’s Bridge, Umugi Prefecture
How to Get to Umugi Cove Pillar of Honor: Travel along the southern coast of the Umugi prefecture near Umugi Cove in the Toyotama region to find a foggy stretch of thin land.
Head along the thin strip of land all the way south past the nearby Survivor’s Camp, as it leads to a point where the pillar of honor holding the Warrior’s Faith Sword Kit is hiding.
Old Toyotama Hills Pillar of Honor ✓
Old Toyotama Hills Pillar of Honor Location: Between Old Toyotama Hills and Kushi Grasslands, Kushi Prefecture
How to Get to Old Toyotama Hills Pillar of Honor: Travel north through the Kushi Prefecture in the Toyotama region up through the Kushi Grasslands past a large makeshift grave site.
As you enter into the Old Toyotama Hills, you’ll find a pillar among the bamboo groves, near a side quest tale and hot spring – and it holds the Gold Koi River Sword Kit.
Little Monk’s Pond Pillar of Honor ✓
Little Monk’s Pond Pillar of Honor Location: North of Little Monk’s Pond, Kushi Prefecture
How to Get to Little Monk’s Pond Pillar of Honor: On the border of the Kushi and Kubara prefectures in the Toyotama region, you can find this pillar north of Little Monk’s Pond above the waterfalls.
Travel past the bamboo groves and up onto a rocky peak where a hanged body can be found next to the pillar that holds the Bishmon’s Fortune Sword Kit, overlooking the Kubara region and the castle in the distance.
Yoshinaka Bay Pillar of Honor ✓
Yoshinaka Bay Pillar of Honor Location: North of Yoshinaka Bay, Otsuna Prefecture
How to Get to Yoshinaka Bay Pillar of Honor: On the far western side of the Otsuna prefecture in the Toyotama Region, you can find this pillar of honor north of Yoshinaka Bay.
Locate the Hunting Bear Sword Kit along the sandy beaches, just to the south of the distant Hazy Cliff Shrine
Sibling Bay Pillar of Honor ✓
Sibling Bay Pillar of Honor Location: South of Sibling Bay, Kubara Prefecture
How to Get to Sibling Bay Pillar of Honor: Travel to Sibling Bay in the far northwest side of the Kubara Prefecture in the Toyotama region.
Look along the lower section of the bay to find a pillar among the tall grass on a hill overlooking the bay by a large rock to obtain the Yuzu Peel Sword Kit.

How to Get to Cape Izumi Pillar of Honor: You will find this Pillar of Honor on the eastern corner of the top of the map, just at the end of Cape Izumi.
This will unlock the Hidden Forest sword kit.

How to Get to Mount Jogaku Pillar of Honor: This Pillar of Honor awaits for you close to the top of Mount Jogaku. It’s placed northwest from the dojo.
It will unlock the Tanuki’s Brush sword kit.
Jogaku Temple Pillar of Honor ✓

How to Get to Jogaku Temple Pillar of Honor: You can find this Pillar of Honor east from Jogaku Temple and into the woods.
This will unlock the Island’s Keeper sword kit.
Iwai Village Pillar of Honor ✓

How to Get to Iwai Village Pillar of Honor: From Iwai Village, head to the eastern corner of the map to find this Pillar of Honor.

How to Get to Bitter Hills Pillar of Honor: This Pillar of Honor is located southeast from Fort Kikuchi and southwest from Bitter Hills, outside of the road.
