How good is this co-op centric platformer? Well, It Takes Two won Game of the Year at the 2021 Game Awards, beating out titles like Deathloop and Metroid Dread. It also went on to sell 10 million copies. So yeah, pretty much essential at this point.
Currenlty the cheapest copy I can see going online. Could it be cheaper? Absolutely. That said, some 10/10 treasures are worth forking out extra for. Or, to put it in a moree merchant-y way: “Aaaaah! I’d buy it at a higher price!”
Even when its portable roots occasionally distract, Crisis Core –Final Fantasy 7– Reunion is the best way to play one of the PSP’s most beloved games, almost completely modernising its graphics, combat, and music in the process. A rock solid 8/10.
Carefully detailed, highly customisable, and buoyantly uncynical, this toy racer defies all expectations with remarkable attention to detail, excellent track design, and an accessible handling model that still rewards high skill. 9/10, amazing.
